CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(FIN) "An Act making supplemental                                          
and other appropriations; amending appropriations; making                                           
appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date"                            
was read the second time.                                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Green, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Senate Finance Committee Substitute offered on page                                 
469. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                             
NO. 100(FIN) was adopted.

 Insert a new subsection to read:                                                                   
 "(c)  The sum of $553,000 is appropriated from federal receipts to                                 
the Department of Natural Resources for a United States Department                                  
of the Interior coastal wetlands grant to be passed through to the City                             
and Borough of Juneau to go toward the purchase of a Herbert River
